40 × 60 ft barndominium: 3 bed, 2 bath, workshop with roll-up door, front porch

I've drawn the barndominium floor plan in plan.dxf, with a preview in preview.png. After my last two fixes (moving the Bath 2 tub inside the north wall and the trees off the dimension lines) I re-ran the file but didn't open the preview again, so those two changes are unchecked. What's in the drawing: - A 40 × 60 ft single-floor rectangle with grid lines A to D and 1 to 4. - Workshop at the west end, 20 × 40 ft (771 sq ft), with a 12 ft roll-up door in the end wall, a separate outside door, a door through to the great room, a car and a workbench along the north wall. - Great room in the middle (542 sq ft), with the kitchen along the north wall (sink, stove, fridge), a central island, a dining table for six, a sofa area and the front entry door. - The other end holds the mudroom with its own outside door, laundry, a hall, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Bath 2, and the main bedroom with its own bathroom and closet. - An 8 ft covered porch along the whole south side, with two trees. - Room tags with numbers and areas, dimension chains on two sides, a floor level marker, north arrow, title, room schedule and legend. The schedule totals 2,757 sq ft including the porch. Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - The long front faces south, with the workshop at the west end and the bedroom wing at the east end. - The wall between the workshop and the house is drawn as an exterior-grade wall (0.15 m), the same as the outside walls. - The 40 × 60 ft is measured to the centre of the outside walls. - The roll-up door is 12 ft wide and the house doors are 0.8–0.9 m. - The porch is 8 ft deep and fully open on its front edge. - The gable roof isn't drawn, since this is a floor plan only. - Bath 2 serves Bedrooms 2 and 3 from the hall. - Measurements are shown in feet and inches, with areas in sq ft.
