    The drafter's notes

What the AI drafter reported when it finished, unedited.

I've drawn the plan in plan.dxf and checked it against the brief in preview.png. The last check fixed three overlaps: the north arrow, a tree that covered the title, and a wardrobe in the way of the Bedroom 2 door. Total area in the room schedule is 234 m². - Keep: 14 × 14 m, with grid A–D at x 0 / 7 / 9 / 14 m and grid 1–3 at y 0 / 9.5 / 14 m. - Rooms: - Great Hall, 82.4 m², with a central fireplace, sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for six. The double entrance doors are in the south wall. - Kitchen, 44.4 m², with a counter along the east wall (stove, sink, fridge) and a round table. - Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, 28.4 m² each, with a double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe. Both open off the hall. - Towers: four round towers of 4 m diameter, 12.6 m² each. Each has its own door from the keep and one window. - South-west: spiral stair. - South-east: pantry, next to the kitchen. - North-east: bathroom, entered from Bedroom 2. - North-west: reading nook, entered from Bedroom 1. - Also on the sheet: windows, garden trees, dimension chains (overall and per grid bay), floor level marker, north arrow, title, room schedule and legend. - Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-FLOR-STRS, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - Keep walls are 0.40 m and tower walls 0.30 m for a castle feel, instead of the usual 0.15 m. - Each tower is centred on a corner of the keep. The quarter of the tower that falls inside the keep has its own curved wall, so each tower is a separate room. - The round walls are drawn as 12-sided polygons, and the spiral stair is shown as a straight 10-step flight inside its tower. - Areas are approximate: each keep room that has a tower in its corner loses about 3.1 m². - Plot scale is 1:100.
