Hand sketch to CAD: ground floor with winter garden

The ground floor plan is saved as plan.dxf, with a preview in preview.png. I checked the drawing against the sketch once. After that I moved the kitchen table and label so they no longer overlap, but I did not look at the preview again after that change. - Size: 9.9 x 9.5 m overall. Grid lines A–F are at 0, 2.1, 3.9, 5.1, 6.5 and 9.9 m, and grid lines 1–4 at 9.5, 7.3, 4.4 and 0 m. - Rooms, 82.9 m² in total: Bedroom 17.16, Living Room 26.40, Wash Room 4.62, Kitchen 8.70, Vorzimmer 4.06, Stairs 9.86 and Wintergarten 12.10 m². - In the drawing: - walls are 0.15 m outside and 0.12 m inside; - doors, open doorways, windows, furniture, bathroom fixtures and the kitchen counter; - the cellar stair and the stair to the upper floor; - two plants in the Wintergarten; - dimension chains, a floor level marker, a north arrow and the title; - the room schedule and the symbol legend on the right. - Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-FLOR-STRS, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - The sketch is not to scale. The 5.5 m Wintergarten sits against the east side, and the main entrance is a door in its east wall. - The dashed line between the Vorzimmer and the stair area is shown as open, with no wall. - The cellar stair runs east along the north of the stair area. The stair to the upper floor starts from the Living Room. - The narrow strip below the Wash Room is counted as part of the Kitchen. - All door positions and swings, and all window positions and sizes, are my own choices.
