Plan Chat Terms

Plan Chat uses artificial intelligence and automated geometry to produce concept designs. Results can contain errors, including wrong or inconsistent dimensions, areas, room sizes, door and window positions, stairs, structure, and differences between drawings, 3D models and renders. Renders are artistic visualisations and may show details that are not in the plan.

Outputs are concept designs for ideas, early planning, communication and marketing. They are not construction documents, permit drawings, structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing designs, surveys, appraisals or professional advice. They have not been checked against any building code, zoning rule, accessibility law, energy standard or site condition.

Before you build, buy, sell, apply for a permit or rely on any output, have it verified and completed by a licensed architect, engineer or other qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Using AI Architectures does not create an architect–client or engineer–client relationship.

You are responsible for how you use the outputs. Automatic checks shown in Plan Chat are rule-of-thumb hints, not a code review, and their absence does not mean a design is compliant. If you use renders or staged images to market real property, you must label them as AI-generated or as visualisations where the law or your listing platform requires it (for example under the EU AI Act or MLS rules) and must not use them to misrepresent a property.

Plan Chat is paid with the same credits as the rest of AI Architectures (100 credits equal one standard image generation). Because design work varies, each job first holds a maximum number of credits, shown before you start. When the job finishes we charge the actual AI usage of that job, converted to credits, with a small minimum per successful job, and release the rest of the hold immediately. A job never costs more than its hold.

If a job fails or times out, all held credits are released. If you cancel a job, only the usage already incurred is charged. Requests for changes and renders are separate jobs. Usage limits per hour and per day apply to protect the service.

You confirm you have the rights to the descriptions, sketches, plans and photos you upload. Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights, personal data of third parties, or anything unlawful. Subject to the general terms and your payment of credits, you may use the outputs commercially, including in client presentations and listings. Similar prompts can lead to similar outputs for other users, so we cannot guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

We keep your plans and files in your account so you can download them again, but we do not guarantee permanent storage. Please download files you need. We may change models, limits and features to keep the service reliable and affordable.

Outputs are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, 20Vision GmbH is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on outputs without professional verification, including construction costs, delays, permit refusals or defects. Mandatory liability under applicable law, including for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.
