How are credits charged?
Every action shows its cost in credits next to its button before you start, and failed jobs are refunded.
A drawing failed or looks wrong. Do I lose my credits?
If a job fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If a result is clearly wrong, send us the project link and we will look at it.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Send us a message from the email address of your account and we will cancel or change it for you, usually the same day.
