U-shaped pool house 18 × 14 m: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, terrace around the pool

The floor plan is saved as plan.dxf, 18 × 14 m at 1:100, and preview.png is the rendered view. After my last fix (removing a duplicate terrace label and moving the Bedroom 3 tag off the bed) I re-ran the check but didn't look at the preview again. What's in the drawing: - Back wing, 5 m deep: kitchen with an island (28.1 m²), dining with a table for 8 (24.0 m²) and living (32.9 m²), all one open space. The entrance door is on the east wall. - West wing: bedroom 2 (13.9 m²), a shared bathroom with doors to both bedrooms (6.1 m²) and bedroom 3 (7.5 m²). - East wing: master bedroom (18.9 m²), which you enter from the living room, and its ensuite with a bath (9.3 m²). - Courtyard: a 10 × 5 m pool and a 2 m deep covered terrace along the back wing (21.7 m²). - Glass sliding walls face the pool from all three wings, and there are windows on the outer walls. - Grid lines A–D and 1–3, dimension chains (overall size and each grid bay), floor level ±0.00, north arrow, title, and a room schedule (162.3 m² in total) with a legend. The drawing uses these layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT and A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - To fit the 10 m pool, I made the side wings 3.5 m wide, which leaves an 11 m wide courtyard. That makes bedroom 3 small. - I placed the master bedroom next to the living room, so the ensuite sits at the pool end of the east wing. - Bedroom 2 has no door to the hall: you reach it through the shared bathroom or the sliding glass wall to the pool. - Walls are 0.15 m outside and 0.12 m inside, and the pool and terrace are drawn as outlines.
