The brief
Narrow city townhouse on a 5 m wide, 22 m deep lot, single floor, side walls touching the neighbours: kitchen and dining at the street, a small open courtyard, living room, a second courtyard, then three bedrooms and a bathroom along a side corridor to the back garden
The drafter's notes
What the AI drafter reported when it finished, unedited.
I've drawn the single-floor townhouse plan from your brief and saved it as plan.dxf, with a preview in preview.png. After the last label fix I re-ran the drawing but didn't look at the preview again. I also couldn't clearly see the side dimension chain in the earlier preview, though the dimensions are in the file.
What is in the drawing, from the street (south) to the back garden (north):
- Kitchen and dining, 18.6 m²: counter with stove, sink and fridge along the east wall, and a table for 6. The front door and a 2.0 m window face the street.
- Courtyard 1, 8.0 m², with a tree and sliding doors to the kitchen and the living room.
- Living room, 18.1 m²: sofa and two armchairs, with sliding doors on to both courtyards.
- Courtyard 2, 6.6 m², with a tree and a door into the corridor.
- A 1.1 m corridor along the west side, leading to:
- the bathroom, 6.2 m²: shower, toilet and basin, with a window on to courtyard 2
- bedroom 3 and bedroom 2, 7.8 m² each, each with a double bed (bedroom 3 also has a wardrobe)
- bedroom 1, 8.1 m², with a double bed and a window on to the garden
- The corridor ends at a door into the 2 m back garden (9.3 m²), which has a tree.
- Annotation: a structural grid (A–C across the width, 1–9 along the depth), overall and per-bay dimensions, a floor level marker (FFL ±0.00), a north arrow, a title, a room schedule (98.0 m² total, courtyards and garden included) and a legend.
The layers are A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT and A-ANNO-SYMB.
Assumptions I took:
- The street is to the south. The building is 20 m deep, which leaves a 2 m back garden.
- Side walls are 0.15 m, the same as the other exterior walls; you may want thicker party walls. Interior walls are 0.12 m.
- Garden walls are 0.1 m.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have no outside wall, so they will need skylights for daylight.
