Guitar-shaped house, 26 m long, with music studio in the headstock

I've drawn the guitar-shaped house in plan.dxf, 26 m long north to south, with the studio at the north end. I checked the preview against your brief and moved one dimension line that crossed the neck; I didn't re-check the preview after that last change. - Shape: the lower lobe is a 13 m circle and the upper lobe a 10 m circle, joined at a waist about 7 m wide. The 3 m neck hallway leads into a 4 × 4 m studio. - Rooms, 220.4 m² in total: - Kitchen-dining 47.0 m², with the entrance on the south side - Living room 80.8 m² - Bedroom 1 29.5 m², Bedroom 2 15.5 m², bathroom 14.0 m² - Hall (corridor plus neck) 17.6 m², music studio 16.0 m² - Also drawn: doors, windows, the kitchen opening, furniture, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, trees, room tags with areas, dimension chains, a floor level marker, a north arrow, the title, the room schedule and the legend. - Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - The rounded walls are drawn as short straight segments, and the windows sit on those segments. - The sound-hole skylight (3 m across) is shown only as a text note over the living room; the drawing library has no circle tool. - The layout puts kitchen-dining at the south end. The upper lobe has a 1.5 m central corridor, with Bedroom 1 to the west and Bedroom 2 and the bathroom to the east. - The neck hallway is only about 1.7 m long, because the overall length is fixed at 26 m. - Room areas are calculated geometrically and rounded; they are not measured to the inside faces of the walls.
