Narrow house on a 25 ft wide lot: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, courtyard

The floor plan is saved as plan.dxf, with dimensions in feet and inches and a preview in preview.png. It shows a 25 x 75 ft single-floor house on the 25 x 90 ft lot, with nine rooms totalling about 1,734 sq ft. One problem to fix: Bedroom 2 has no window, because it sits between the bathrooms and Bedroom 3 with no outside wall. What is in the drawing, from the street to the back: - Kitchen and dining (339 sq ft), with a counter, sink, stove, fridge, 6-seat table, front door and street windows. - Living room (339 sq ft), with a sofa and armchair, opening to the courtyard through a 2.4 m sliding door. - Open courtyard (192 sq ft) with a tree, glazed on three sides. - A 1.2 m wide side hall along the west wall, serving Bedroom 1, Bath 1 (tub) and Bedroom 2. - Bath 2 (shower), entered from Bedroom 2. - Bedroom 3 across the full width at the back, with a closet, a window and a sliding door to the back yard. - About 14 ft of back yard with two trees. Annotation: grid lines A to C and 1 to 8, dimension chains on the south and east sides, overall width and lot depth, a floor level marker, a north arrow and the title. Assumptions I took: - The street is on the south side, and the house stops 23 m (about 75 ft) back to leave room for the yard. - Exterior walls are 0.15 m and interior walls 0.12 m. The side walls are on the lot lines, so they have no windows; daylight comes from the street, courtyard and yard sides. - Each bedroom has a queen bed, and Bath 2 is private to Bedroom 2. - Windowless Bedroom 2 would need a skylight or a window onto a light well to meet code.
