Narrow house on a 20 ft wide lot: 2 bedrooms, office, 1 bath

The floor plan is drawn in plan.dxf, in feet and inches, with a preview in preview.png. I compared the preview with your brief and moved the bedroom tags and the floor level marker off the furniture. I didn't look at the preview again after that last change. - Plan: a 20'×67' house on your 20'×80' lot, side walls on the lot lines, street to the south. The living room and open kitchen are at the street, with the kitchen along the west wall and a dining table. Behind them is the office, separated by a glass wall with a sliding door. A 3'-3" hall on the east side leads from the office to Bedroom 1 (with closet), the bathroom (tub, toilet, vanity) and Bedroom 2 (with closet). Bedroom 2 has a sliding door to the back patio, which is 20'×13' and walled on three sides, with a tree and a small table. - Room schedule: the rooms total 1,506 sq ft including the 246 sq ft patio, which leaves 1,260 sq ft indoors. - Annotation: structural grid A–C / 1–6, dimension chains along the south and east sides, floor level marker, north arrow, title, room schedule and legend. - Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - Exterior walls are 6" (0.15 m) and interior walls about 5" (0.12 m), with wall centrelines on the lot lines. - There are no windows in the side walls, because they sit on the lot lines. Daylight comes from the street front, the office glass wall and the back patio, and the bathroom uses mechanical ventilation. - The hall has its own back door to the patio as well as the bedroom slider.
