Modern farmhouse 52 x 36 ft: 3 bed, mudroom, walk-in pantry

The floor plan is finished and saved as plan.dxf, drawn in feet and inches at 52 x 36 ft (1,906 sq ft including the porch). I checked the preview twice and corrected the crowded primary bath. Two small issues are left: the "WIC" label still slightly overlaps a door, and the porch dimension sits inside the garage. - Rooms: 2-car garage, mudroom with drop zone, laundry, walk-in pantry, kitchen with island, great room with dining table, primary bedroom, primary bath, walk-in closet, hall, shared bath, bedrooms 2 and 3, and the front porch. - On the sheet: room schedule, legend, dimension chains along the north and east sides, floor level marker, north arrow and title. - Layers: A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-GRID, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT and A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - The garage is inside the 52 x 36 ft outline, in the southwest corner, and the porch projects about 8 ft beyond the south wall. - The kitchen and great room form one open space in the centre. The bedrooms are in the east wing, reached through a short hall off the great room. - The mudroom only reaches the house through the laundry and then the pantry, which is a roundabout route; a direct door into the kitchen would be the first thing to revisit. - The great room is only about 12 ft wide. - Walls are 0.15 m (6 in) outside and 0.12 m (5 in) inside. - No ceiling heights or level differences are shown.
