You get a dimensioned 2D plan (feet-inches or metres, room names and areas), a 3D model, photoreal renders and CAD/BIM files (PDF, DXF, IFC, GLB, CSV). Say "make the kitchen bigger" or "add a home office" and the AI reworks the plan while untouched rooms keep their size and place; every change is a version you can undo. Each change becomes a new version with a link; the engine reports what it measured as changed (rooms added, resized with before/after square feet, moved) and what it could not do. 4.
